Honoring Legacy. Passing on Values. Celebrating One World.
This Thanksgiving, we are delighted to share a story of gratitude in action.
US Capital Global’s Jeffrey Sweeney and Charles Towle are sponsoring a group of twelve children from the United States—ages 9 to 15—to travel to Vrindavan, India, for a unique inter-cultural exchange. This initiative, led by the nonprofit Braj Bhumi Group, brings young people from diverse backgrounds together in a place where service, culture, and compassion meet.

The children’s families represent a remarkable tapestry of heritage—Trinidadian, American, Chinese, Singaporean, Australian, Jewish, Russian, Native American, Mexican, Salvadoran, and Brazilian. Many of their families have long histories of community involvement and global engagement, and this journey invites the next generation to build on that spirit in their own way.
“This initiative is about expanding opportunity,” said Jeffrey Sweeney, Founder and Chairman of US Capital Global. “Children in both India and the United States deserve access to education and experiences that broaden their sense of what’s possible. This Thanksgiving, we want these young people to discover new perspectives, build confidence, and benefit from opportunities that can positively shape their future.”
As the children participate in this exchange, they will also encounter Braj Bhumi Group’s ongoing work. Headquartered at Radhe Kunj in Vrindavan, Braj Bhumi supports underprivileged children through education, daily food distribution, and cultural preservation. Every day, volunteers from all over the world—Russian, Ukrainian, Indian, American, and many more—work side by side. It is a place where service dissolves boundaries and where the ideal of “one world” is not merely spoken but lived.

“This is the first time children from Vrindavan and the US will come together to serve—performing seva, sharing meals, exploring sacred heritage sites, and learning from one another,” said Charles Towle, COO and Managing Partners of US Capital Global. “At an age when many children are absorbed in screens, we want these young people to experience something real—gratitude, culture, and community. These are the kinds of values that should be passed down along with wealth.”
Over the coming week, Jeffrey, Charles, and members of the US Capital Global community will be on the ground in Vrindavan, participating alongside the children in Braj Bhumi’s projects: serving meals, engaging with local students, and witnessing firsthand how generosity inspires more generosity.
“We are giving thanks to the grandparents and parents who dedicated their lives to service,” said Malini Taneja, Braj Bhumi representative at US Capital Global. “By bringing their grandchildren here, we are continuing their legacy. Gratitude begets gratitude, and service inspires service.”
At a time when the world feels increasingly divided, initiatives like this remind us of the deeper wealth we share—kindness, culture, generosity, and knowledge. At US Capital Global, our clients, team members, and investors come from every corner of the globe. We believe that capital—and compassion—flow best when they flow freely.
We invite our friends, clients, and partners—many of whom are grandparents and heads of family offices—to follow this journey online. This year, you can watch. Next year, if you wish, you can join, bringing your own children or grandchildren to participate in a life-changing experience of service and cultural exchange.
Please follow along on Jeffrey’s LinkedIn and Charles’s LinkedIn as we document this historic week in Vrindavan.
From all of us at US Capital Global, we wish you and your families a warm, meaningful, and grateful Thanksgiving.
