Infrastructure the Digital Economy Cannot Replace: US Capital Global Securities Announces $41 Million Offering for Willamette Intermodal Group

Explore an investment opportunity in Willamette Intermodal Group, developer of the Oregon Port of Willamette, a shovel-ready inland intermodal rail facility designed to transform freight movement across Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

SAN FRANCISCO, AUGUST 2026 – US Capital Global Securities LLC, the SEC-registered broker-dealer affiliate of the global financial group US Capital Global, is pleased to present eligible investors with the opportunity to participate in a $41 million convertible note offering for Willamette Intermodal Group, LLC (the “Company”), doing business as Oregon Port of Willamette.

Willamette Intermodal Group is developing a major inland intermodal rail transfer facility near Woodburn, Oregon, strategically located in the Mid-Willamette Valley between Portland and Salem. The project is designed to provide agricultural exporters, manufacturers, retailers, and other regional shippers with a rail-based alternative to long-haul trucking to the ports of Seattle and Tacoma, helping address congestion, driver shortages, restricted terminal hours, container availability, and rising transportation costs.

The Oregon Port of Willamette is planned across approximately 290 acres in Phase One, with roughly 400 acres under option. The facility is designed with two 8,000-foot dual tracks and initial capacity for up to 150,000 containers annually, scalable to approximately 300,000 containers. Revenue is expected to be generated from intermodal handling, storage, container repair, transloading, cross-docking, and municipal solid waste transport.

The project addresses a significant infrastructure gap in the Pacific Northwest. Oregon exporters currently move much of their containerized freight approximately 225–250 miles by truck to the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma, while the Portland region’s existing rail-served container capacity remains constrained. The site is fully entitled, permit-ready, and contractor-ready, with construction expected to take approximately nine to twelve months.

“Our objective is to create a modern transportation gateway for the Willamette Valley that gives regional businesses a more efficient and reliable connection to national and international markets,” said Stew Stone, Development Director of Willamette Intermodal Group. “Oregon’s agricultural exporters and other shippers have long depended heavily on trucking freight hundreds of miles to reach major container ports. The Oregon Port of Willamette is being developed to provide an alternative built around rail efficiency, strategic location, and long-term infrastructure.”

“Willamette Intermodal Group represents an opportunity to participate in the development of strategically located transportation infrastructure serving a substantial regional freight market,” said Charles Towle, CEO of US Capital Global Securities LLC. “The project combines a shovel-ready site, established rail relationships, significant shipper interest, and physical infrastructure that would be difficult and time-consuming to replicate. We are pleased to be assisting Willamette Intermodal Group with this financing and invite eligible investors to learn more about the opportunity.”
