US Capital Opens Office in Dallas with Newly Appointed Vice President Ryan Richard
Leading private financial group for the middle market appoints new Vice President to expand its presence in the South Central United States through a new office in Dallas, Texas.
SAN FRANCISCO, SEPTEMBER 2022 – US Capital is pleased to announce that Ryan Richard has recently joined the group as Vice President. As head of the group’s Dallas office, Mr. Richard is responsible for the US Capital’s growing client base in the South Central region of the United States, providing clients with group’s full range of financial services, including corporate finance, asset management, M&A, and advisory services. In addition, Mr. Richard will be supporting US Capital’s continued growth in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East in collaboration with the group’s regional headquarters in Dubai.

Mr. Richard, who comes from a consulting and private equity background through his own private consulting firm, The Praetoryan Group, has previously led regional and global headquarters with reach into over 100 countries. With his multi-cultural upbringing and extensive international business experience, he specializes in complex business development, structuring, and finance projects that carry a cross-border or international dimension.

Previously, Mr. Richard worked at Lindell Foundation, where he focused on implementing blockchain technology for philanthropic projects and developed a pilot project in 120 countries. He was also International Head of Client Development at private equity firm DTX Energy Capital, where he developed international capital relationships with family offices, private banks, and wealth managers. At private equity firm Proven Fields Oil Gas, he was responsible for securing acquisition targets for a portfolio of investment funds.
