Ms. Terk will assume an expanded role in the firm’s New York activities, working closely with its East Coast team, while Mr. Maple will co-lead the London group, supporting UK business development and international capital formation.
The appointments strengthen the firm’s senior leadership in two major financial centers and recognize both bankers’ contributions to originating business, advancing transactions, and building lasting client relationships. Their expanded responsibilities support US Capital Global’s continued development of its domestic and international investment banking operations.

Ms. Terk joined US Capital Global in March 2020 and brings extensive experience in wealth management, investment banking, and capital markets, including roles at Charles Schwab, Morgan Stanley, RBC, and Oppenheimer. Specializing in private debt and private equity, she works across the transaction process, from origination and structuring through due diligence and execution. Her experience includes advising private and public companies and serving Fortune 500 clients.
In her expanded role, Ms. Terk will work more closely with the New York team to develop client and referral relationships and advance financing opportunities, while maintaining her San Francisco connections. Her interests span medical technology, aerospace, and other innovative businesses. Alongside her transaction work, she has helped mentor colleagues and develop the firm’s banking team.
Mr. Maple brings more than three decades of experience in banking, capital raising, real estate financing, and international business development, with a career track record of more than $1 billion in closed transactions. His background includes Charles Schwab and Wachovia, where managing overseas accounts helped establish his longstanding relationships across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Based out of London, Mr. Maple will help develop the firm’s UK business and connect U.S. and international issuers with investors across those markets. His responsibilities include supporting cross-border financing opportunities, coordinating investor roadshows, and advancing the London group’s work on infrastructure and bond transactions. He will continue serving U.S. clients, drawing on his international network of family offices, private investors, and investment partners.
